It's clapper becomes a judge's gavel, turning the act of ringing into an act of civic judgement: All rise.

The title is both command and diagnosis. The bell does not merely commemorate liberty; it attempts to wake a public grown too comfortable with its own symbols. What was once an emblem becomes an alarm, asking whether the cause for Liberty is still being heard — or whether it has become background noise in an age of snoozed complacency.
