When can I expect my bag to arrive?

For pre-order items, each product listing includes an individual anticipated fulfillment timeframe in the product description. Please refer to the specific listing for the most accurate estimate.

For in-stock items, standard processing time is 2 business days plus shipping, unless a rush order option was selected at checkout.

All sales are final.

What about artwork prints?

Each print is made to order and requires special handling and care during packing to ensure it arrives safely. Please allow approximately 5 business days for processing prior to shipment.

Is my pre-order deposit refundable?

Pre-order deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit secures your allocation of a handmade piece crafted using only the finest materials, and once reserved, that allocation cannot be offered to another customer. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

What happens if my balance payment fails at fulfillment?

When your order is ready to ship, we will attempt to charge the balance to the payment method on file. If that charge fails, we will reach out via email to arrange an alternative payment method. If we do not receive a response or a valid payment within a reasonable timeframe, your allocation will be released to the waitlist and your deposit will be forfeited.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship domestic and internationally, although some restrictions may apply.

All campaign imagery is art-directed by ROBEY FÂYET, with some visuals produced using AI assistance in order to build our brand world and illustrate our pieces in the wild. Products are represented as faithfully as possible but should be viewed alongside product photography and specifications when making purchase decisions.
